Lifestyle imagery on this website depicts the visual world of the House and may be digitally created or enhanced. 6. Founders' Room content
If you opt in under Section 8(c) of our Terms and Conditions to show details in the Founders' Room, such as your first name, city or a short message, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content in your Founders' Room listing for as long as you remain a Founder and keep your consent in place. You confirm that the content is yours to share and that it is not unlawful, offensive or misleading and does not infringe anyone's rights.
We may edit or remove content that breaks these rules, and we will tell you where practical. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing studio@ferrucciosimonello.com, and we will action your request within 5 business days.
