I began with a memory of Italy — not spectacle or cliché, but atmosphere: warm stone, linen, golden light; a room open to the sea; a church offering refuge from the late-day heat.
Two names. Two families. My inheritance.
Ferruccio, Calabrian.
Simonello, Sicilian.
Two regions. Two shores. Separated by the mythical Strait of Messina.
Sicily is my muse. Calabria, my strength. Australia, my perspective.
Ferruccio Simonello is my interpretation of that inheritance — Italian in spirit, Australian in outlook, contemporary in expression.

Scent is memory's swiftest messenger.
It bypasses logic and goes directly to feeling — bringing back a place, a moment, a person, an atmosphere before we have even found the words to explain it.
So we begin with fragrance.
01 Extrait is a study in luminous amber: sun-warmed stone, Italian linen. The night and its promises. The light of the morning after.
We seek not to capture a picture of Italy, but the air of a memory.
THE HOUSE
Ferruccio Simonello is entering its founding chapter.
We begin deliberately: in an inaugural edition of 200 numbered pieces, with Italian manufacture and a commitment to considered craft.
The House will evolve beyond its first fragrance. Its discipline will remain.
